In partnership with Operations, those decades of expertise meet flexibility and a strategic business approach that’s helping us redefine how business gets done. Working directly with factory owners, we are in a unique position as the U.S.-based, full-product-line extension of a select group of quality overseas manufacturers. Our experience in global marketing and sourcing ensures we deliver on our mission to do business better: more personalized, more collaborative, more responsive. We take time to get to know you and your needs. We listen, take notes and figure out solutions. We’re really good at finding creative ways to procure exactly what you need, often while trimming costs you didn’t know you could trim.
Once an order is underway, Operations is on it (big-time, so you don’t have to be). Fully automated billing, shipping and tracking ensures end-to-end accountability and less stress for you.
We’re lean. You’ll work with one or two of us and know exactly who’s handling your business.
